Today for no reason at all, my Dads windower doesn't work properly and simply says "Unknown Error" when the plugins try to load. I tried my own windower and it's working fine. Is there a troubleshoot for this problem?

Any suggestions? Would totally uninstalling and reinstalling do the trick? Or is something wrong with the program at the moment?
