I believe in term limits and if the people like my ideas and the way I defend the Constitution and stand up for there rights so that the government isn't overstepping. Then I will take a 2nd term but that's it. George Washington set the example of two terms I'll honor it.
Government is ever-changing, the constitution changes because it has to to keep up with the times and be relevant.

'Racist' Pool Safety Poster Brings Red Cross Apology

I mean...kinda torn on this one?

Looking at it for three seconds and you can see a bit of a racist undertone there, perhaps deliberate by one individual artist, perhaps not, but it's the kind of thing that's pretty obviously missed by someone who approves this stuff and is like "yeah, this tells kids what not to do like we need it to, moving on."

So bottom line, sure, recall it and issue a different one, but once that's been acknowledged the woman that's like "oh, they should partner with this and this and do that and the other thing."

Look, talk to the artist, if s/he convinces you it wasn't deliberate, slap them on the wrist and make them do it again. If it was deliberate, fire them.

But sometimes simple problems really do have simple answers. Trying to turn this into a multi-organizational sensitivity project because one middle man at a non-profit with a hangover couldn't be assed to look too long at a poster before approving it is a bit much.

This is where we disagree about the declaration of independence and the bill of rights the first 10 amendments.

The Constitution is timeless it means the same when it was created as It should mean today if we actually had Representatives who make sure Government was following it not limiting it or restraining it.

I can see your 12 years of government propaganda has conditioned you to thinking those documents were something for the past and that they do not apply for today's standards because as you have seen from example by the Democrat and Republican parties who pass laws and policies to restrain, and restrict your rights you think it's normal and ok and acceptable.

Your logic is flawed. This isn't why racism exists, this is why people drown. Because we're more worried about making sure the literature depicts people in a sensitive fashion rather than relaying the important information of don't *** do stupid ***that will cause you to drown.
