Inappropriate behavior in college dorms is nothing new, it has nothing to do with this topic, you are just trying to use the "bathroom rule" as a scapegoat, and are failing miserably. Again I ask, how many public restrooms have showers? What makes you think you can go into a restroom with bad intentions and get away with it nausi?

The fact that its a serious crime? How is this question related to the "bathroom rule?"
Are we talking about transgender people and public restrooms? How often do people go into restrooms and look at other people's genitals?

If a female looked dude enough I would expect someone to ask if she went to the wrong room, or sudden screams of women that there is a man in the bathroom.
By the same token if a dude looked like a chick and walked into our bathroom, I would be wtf-ing because their bathrooms are nicer to begin with.
Now if they just show a little sleeve and flash the trans-star then we all know right away what is going on. Awkward situations avoided!

We prosecute people for their actions, not for their appearances.
Either you're a criminal breaking a law harassing others, or you're just some person using a washroom. It's that simple.
