Random Politics & Religion #01
Oh the segway to racism, I figured we had another page or two before that showed up.
Ragnarok.Nausi said: » The cornerstone of the whole case is "let people use whatever bathroom they feel comfortable with". Almost certainly followed by some inner monologue of "what could go wrong" Fast forward to very clear consequences, and everyone still says "what could go wrong?" Madness. Its more like you are delusional. Inappropriate behavior in college dorms is nothing new, it has nothing to do with this topic, you are just trying to use the "bathroom rule" as a scapegoat, and are failing miserably. Again I ask, how many public restrooms have showers? What makes you think you can go into a restroom with bad intentions and get away with it nausi? Grumpy Cat said: » So the docs know, and the trans people know, how does everyone else know? Ragnarok.Nausi said: » So do I need a doctor's note to go into the women's room with a penis? Grumpy Cat said: » I get what people are saying vs Nausi's point that things would be illegal if a nontrans did something, and that doctors are supposed to be the ones deciding someone is 'officially' transgender... So the docs know, and the trans people know, how does everyone else know? Are they going to be carrying trans-ID so that when an awkward bathroom altercation starts up they can prove they are allowed to be there? It should look something like this. .

Someplace that doesn't get in the way of things, like their sleeves eh? Grumpy Cat said: » That looks like it would take up a wallet space, maybe they could just wear it on their clothes somewhere? Someplace that doesn't get in the way of things, like their sleeves eh? Na just brand them with it. It's in the name of progress so it should be okay. So 10-30 minutes when the cops show up they will sure learn their lesson! lolourcourtsystem.jpg Asura.Floppyseconds said: » Doesn't matter becuaee is illegal to anyone of any gender identity. It's illegal to do a lot of things. Wonder if this will ever stop people from doing them. Something something "unintended consequences".

Josiahkf said: » Grumpy Cat said: » Are they going to be carrying trans-ID so that when an awkward bathroom altercation starts up they can prove they are allowed to be there? No. we just leave people be and we will continue to do so until people commit crimes, like we always have. What's to stop men who want to record women taking a shower from going into the ladies room to do it? Shiva.Viciousss said: » Its more like you are delusiona This is wrong cause the entire premise implies that transgenders are some sort of gateway to perversion. Fix your prejudiced views.

What's to stop men who want to record women taking a shower from going into the ladies room to do it? The fact that its a serious crime? How is this question related to the "bathroom rule?" Are we talking about transgender people and public restrooms? How often do people go into restrooms and look at other people's genitals?
I don't get why it matters. No. we just leave people be and we will continue to do so until people commit crimes, like we always have. If a female looked dude enough I would expect someone to ask if she went to the wrong room, or sudden screams of women that there is a man in the bathroom. By the same token if a dude looked like a chick and walked into our bathroom, I would be wtf-ing because their bathrooms are nicer to begin with. Now if they just show a little sleeve and flash the trans-star then we all know right away what is going on. Awkward situations avoided! Either you're a criminal breaking a law harassing others, or you're just some person using a washroom. It's that simple. I never failed to acknowledge your point, I just didn't agree with it and explained why. lol, you're the one being semantic, and you are totally missing the point. I thought you knew that, but it is becoming clear you do not. |
