Destrier Beret And Chocobo Shirt Codes.

So I bought the FFXI collection from the SE store and wasn't aware that I don't get the codes for the hat and shirt from that site anymore, so I'm trying another avenue. Does anyone here have any extra codes for these items they won't use?

I know these items aren't super necessary anymore, but they're a nice little bonus to have for low leveling. If anyone has any spares, I would be eternally grateful. Thank you!

If your brought the collection, you do still get a code, you need to phone/call a GM to get it sorted.

I know this because someone i know got perma'd and recently came back, and then they brought the collectors edition, and they now have a shirt.

I purchased it through the SE store, and I never received an email. I called them and physically spoke to someone from SE support and they told me they are unable to give me a code. I even called again, got a different person, and got the same result.

So before I try and call again, I wanted to see if anyone had any spares.

I know that Steam and a couple other stores still provide the codes, but the SE store one was on sale, which is why I bought that one. I wasn't aware that they no longer supplied codes for it. Guy on the phone even said they aren't running that promo for it right now, so they have no way of getting me a code. Or so he says.

I think they do still provide codes, however, if you buy the bundle from the SE store during a sale, they don't provide codes. If you bought it at full price, then they do.

Wasn't that a bonus on Steam only?

SE had them for a little while from the store, and the Greeter Moogles are still there, so I thought that they would just be included just because. I was wrong to assume, lol.

nah, I bought a digital copy for my PC, as well as a physical copy for 360 to get one each for my main and alt, but this was in the leadup to Adoulin's release, so I cannot speak to its current status as a reward.

I bought it off their site during November when they had it on sale for 9.98 or something. I initially didn't receive a code either and was a little confused. I waited a few days thinking it'd be delayed in sending it but after about 3 I decided I'd just email them about it. But first I went and grabbed the link for the promotion off their website (which is kind of a chore tbh here), then I got the contact form off the squenix store and sent them an email complaining about not getting the keys for that, and sent the link talking about the promo (and how it has no expiration date) and my receipt and asked why I didn't get the code. Took about 3 days before they responded back but I ended up getting the codes. I can't say you'll have a similar result but I'd try emailing them instead of calling and you might get lucky and you'll get a good cs rep.

I wrote out an e-mail, and just sent it a few minutes ago. I really appreciate the link, I didn't think they still had something like that up. What may seem like a menial item to some, is worth my time to me to try and get. So I really appreciate it, will let you know how they reply.
