BREAKING: Entire US Senate Votes 100-0 to Defy Obama

Obama’s bad deal with Iran may need to take a different turn after this.

The upper house voted 100-0 on an amendment that would impose sanctions on Iran if they were found to be in noncompliance with whatever terms are finally hammered out between Iran and the P5+1 powers.

The bill forces the Iran’s government to sign an obligation that they will never build atomic weapons.

Even former Obama cabinet officials have explicitly stated the Iranians are incapable of negotiating in good faith. Leon Panetta, the former Secretary of Defense and head of the CIA under Obama, made it clear that the pariah state was not a country America could rely on.

“One thing I’ve learned both at the CIA and as secretary of defense is that the Iranians can’t be trusted,” Panetta told MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell.

“It’s for that reason that we have to make sure that we’ve taken strong steps to be able to make sure that they are not trying to do something in secret.”

A hundred voices in the Senate and one of the president’s most trusted cabinet secretaries have made it clear that Iran isn’t to be trusted

Do you trust Iran?

The Senate Just Showed How Little Trust They Have In Obama By A 100 To 0 Margin

The U.S. Senate voted unanimously Thursday on a measure that would reimpose sanctions on Iran if it was found that they were not holding their end of a nuclear deal with the United States government.

In a 100 to 0 vote on Senate Amendment 545 Thursday, the upper chamber voted “To establish a deficit-neutral reserve fund relating to reimposing waived sanctions and imposing new sanctions against Iran for violations of the Joint Plan of Action or a comprehensive nuclear agreement.”

The bill was co-authored by Sens. Mark Kirk, R-Ill. and Bob Menendez, D-N.J. It was sponsored by Kirk and Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio.

“By passing the bipartisan Kirk-Brown amendment to impose sanctions on Iran, the Senate voted for the security of the United States and Israel and against making dangerous nuclear concessions to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei,” Kirk said in a statement Thursday.

This comes after Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei addressed a domestic crowd chanting, “death to America,” to which he responded, “Of course yes, death to America, because America, because America is the original source of this pressure.”

The Washington Free Beacon noted Thursday framework for a nuclear agreement between Iran and the United States could be finalized in the coming days, with the Obama administration “giving in to Iranian demands.”

The language contained in the amendment was attached to the Senate budget resolution, which passed late Friday morning 52 to 46, reported The New York Times. After the House passed its own budget plan earlier this week, it is up to both sides to pass a budget plan together, the first time in nearly a decade.

Well obviously. I'm guessing this vote is to comfort all our special people out there who believe in the silly notion that this deal makes it so we can't do anything if they attempt to make a nuclear weapon. Obviously, if they break the deal, we go ahead and break them.

And if that happens, I doubt we'll do as little as put sanctions on them.

No big deal. I found entertainment in the comment sections.

There is something terribly wrong about our so called democracy. Why do we allow one person to make major decisions about our country?? ONE PERSON!! Excuse me, I mean two. The *** he lives with determines what our kids eat in school and even the teachers don't give a damn about it. Why do we allow this crap? According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 12.3% of the U.S. population is black, and 12.5% is Hispanic. A total of 24.8%. And you really believe legal voters actually, honestly elected this dufus to sit in the King's chair?? Really? Have we really been dumbed down that much? If so, we're done for. And blacks say whites are racist. LMAO!!!
You tell em, Jack Allen, freelance voice-over artist!

Comment sections on any article with Obama or Trump are always super fun. It's like listening to a million altiomegas talk to each other at the same time.

Oh my, calling the Presidency the "king's chair" while decrying monarchical rule. He's got a split personality, one's a constitutionalist and the other is a moron.

Well those two sources are terrible, partisan nonsense. They weren't even accurate at the time of their publication. The snapback sanctions were always part of the deal. It was a meaningless vote that had no impact on the talks.

Ya know, it's not too difficult to ignore the partisan part of an article and acknowledge everything else. If Fox News showed a video of Obama saving a puppy, and then later claimed that he ate it, you can at least be sure that he saved a puppy at some point.

the first one was yea. But that was the artical i first saw so i posted it. I only googled the second one to verify that it actually happened. (the idea of 100-0 on anything by politicians seemed highly unlikely). I hadnt heard of the second source so i just threw it on there.
