Trizek Rings

Hey guys, I got a couple of mules so I was wondering if any of u got more than 1 trizek ring? Is it worth using a pell for extra rings?

You have to keep one in your delivery box, but its nice you use one, then send it to yourself and take the other one out of delivery box so its like having 2 charges available.

Doesn't seem worth it to me. You could farm an extra CP in the time it takes to run to MH and back, at best you could benefit from a single extra(run outside mh, use yours, send it, take out extra, go exp without returning). Keep in mind that if you have other uses for the pell, you could also just remember to use trizek before logging out for the night and it'll be there when you get back without owning a second one.

by the time you run back to MH > Send (Used)ring to yourself > Check DB > Get new Ring > Go back to w/e Area you doing Job Points , the (Used Ring) Maybe ready for use again or you may have lost the spot too

Not to mention it be pretty pointless ! :D

and the other red mog choices are all shitty. You can get kupofried from the bahamut event. None of the others are worth getting, then you have seals and skirmish stones, kek

It's dependent on your kill speed and how long it takes to go round trip. With the advent of home point warps, one can go do a round trip to camp in Escha - Ru'Aunn in about 5 minutes. Factoring in a couple minute buffer, let's say 7 minutes. Now factor in kill speed... let's say 20 seconds per kill for time inbetween mobs, those that aren't AoE jobs, and aren't super fast at killing. Obviously this will vary by job and a person's skills, but 20 seconds is a good #. So that means in the time he was gone to get new rings he would have killed 21 mobs. So the math for how much he makes without going to get 2 new Trizek rings compared to getting rings is 21x +14x compared to 14y. The 14 comes from the approximate # of mobs it takes for 2 rings to be used up during the current campaign. This # can be less or more dependent on how much CP+% you have from gifts, RoE, KIs, and gear. X is the average amount of CP/kill for without rings. Y is the average amount of CP/kill with rings. If without rings you are averaging 5k a kill and with rings 15k a kill then you are 175,000 CP without rings compared to 210,000 CP with rings. One would have to test to adjust the factors I mentioned above for the individual, but it can definitely be worth it.

There's some of us with a dozen rings.

I have 3 myself. I find it's the perfect number.

Pop one, swap it out to take with for when it wears. When you come back to spend or whatever you should have one ready to swap again.

For me more than 3 is a waste of dbox space.

Juggling sir. That's clever indeed.

With this last campaign I juggle four, for the same reason people juggle three; pop one, send it to myself and grab another. When we go to dump merits, I grab the third, pop it, and send it to grab the last. Same process, one extra step, and hello extra CP. :)

If I'm mistaken, name some useful ones. At least looking at the list, all I saw was outdated gear, and trusts that nobody ever uses

By the time I return and pop my third, I'll swap them out and take the one with the lowest timer. By the time I use a capacity after trizek wears, when capacity wears the trizek is ready to go by then usually.

I usually trizek -> capacity -> trizek -> capacity and repeat.

To each their own though.

my mules were all reactivated with this update, and there's no gear I want, and I can't even mule trusts, so may just get all trizek rings tbh

DO not forget with green pell you can get a vocation ring to add into the mix, so Use Trizek Vocation Capacity V/C/V/C... when Trizek is back up use it toss both C and V reget (got 2 green pell) and can cp longer for now. Was unable to send Vocation to d box so use it up then reget.
