Damn dude I feel your pain. 75% CP is insane. I missed out on Kupo and the clock (which I hear is about 30% increase). You should do like I'm about to do and make sure you do all the ROE reive quests (I believe 56% CP boost regardless of job) and probably use the sparks CP ring and get a Mec Cape (assuming anyone does incursion on your server).
thoe rings are godly i doubt theyll bring them back but if they do next year at Annv time i guess.

I picked 1 up on my 3 alts I send to my main use 1 in town go back in mog house send it to myself pick up a new ring go cp for a hour or so come back repete time all 4 used im either tired of cp or the first ones ready for use again best item in the game lol

Hate to make matters worse, but I believe the moogle said "don't drop it because you'll never get another one, ever!" or something along those lines
People have already asked the devs about this, and the response has been thus:

Oh wow, thanks for mentioning that. I never knew this. So you get a perma CP increase of whatever it says in the description of the reive after you complete each of the ROE quests just once?
Also another follow up question: Has the CP increase bonuses always been a reward for doing these reive RoE quests? Or did they add them to them later on? Just curious about this because I notice that they are under the WKR ROE quests too, and I don't recall seeing that when I did the WKR ROE quests, which was a while. Also asking because if they did in fact add the CP bonuses to the WKR reive ROE quests later on, I will have to redo them to get the bonuses, so would like to know.

If they had two brain cells to rub together between the lot of them they'd make it permanently available, but they don't so they won't.

Thought I'd also add here that the Trizek and Echad rings are delivery box sendable to the same account, so if you got a pell on a mule and want the Echad ring as well it is not too late.

When we get our pells, even people without mules ought to DBox the trizek they already have to themselves and get another.

Might want to be careful with that. You never know if SE suddendly might remove the sendable flag from it.
Did SE send out the pell's already?
I've heard that SE intended for them to be unsendable, but has decided not to change it now that it's already happened.

No, they have not been sent out yet. I heard from somewhere by end of month but do not think date has actually been released. I think they should be going out in the next few weeks.
