Liberals view themselves as good people because they're liberals. People who are outside of that ugly little bit of circular reasoning don't have such a benign view of their horrible behavior. So, what reason could you have to dislike liberals?

1) Only liberals would be cruel enough to pick on kids running lemonade stands with a permit, children putting on Christmas plays at school and the Boy Scouts.

Let's be clear, the conservative base doesn't watch the liberal media. The only people who's votes even matter are swing voters, and they, with VERY few exceptions, vote out the current party. Any district that has a hope of changing hands, will every election, almost without fail.

I can see though this thread is chock full of Progressives and Marxist's so it's very hard to actually say anything without being jumped at by all directions. I would tend to disagree with this, due to the fact that over a third of the both the current Senators and Congressmen have served over 10 years, with a few holding office for 40 years.

How many districts do you think have a chance of changing hands? Have you looked at the current district map? There's only a handful of districts in any given state (if even that) that have anywhere near a an even split.
