Eh, it's not specific to immigration, there's plenty of double standards. Here's a good example. Some districts in my state require vaccinations for Hep-B, but some don't. The ones that require it, have programs that pay for students to receive them from the health department AFTER they have already enrolled. However, the districts that don't require it, SOMETIMES provide it, and if you transfer from a district that requires it to a district that doesn't and haven't had the vaccination for whatever reason, you have to get that vaccination before you can attend school even though that district doesn't require it. That's because schools require you to have vaccination records transferred from the district you're leaving as a measure to counteract the rampant problem of people forging medical records (yeah... no words) and if there is a required space that isn't filled, they consider them incomplete.

There's plenty of those kinds of catch-22's when it comes to vaccination, or really anything, that drive me up a wall. It's decades of patchwork legislation that overlap and supersede each other.

Thank you ryanx for further opening minds that we should think twice about vaccination. I am against big pharmacy and the FDA as some may know. I have said this many times we need to wake up. In the United States alone we over medicate our citizens. There has been more deaths every year from patients taking properly prescribed medicine from doctors yet there seems to be no news coverage. There is a troubling issue with the general public putting to much faith that whatever government says or big anything says is in there best interest. How many more of our children our future generations must be damaged or killed because of establishment approved propaganda. It's working really well here in the states all thanks to a treasonous two party congress who harbored Nazi war criminals to learn how they swayed the minds of the Germans. I want you all to really think about the era of lies we live in. There is hope and it will not be found in political parties. The hope is found in the hearts of countrymen who seek to restore and rebuild a constitutional republic called the United States of America.

Let me ask you this: Why do you trust these websites and sources and not the Medical Journals and scientists that state actual facts and truth about vaccines?

Why do you believe the opinions of uneducated people over the research done by professionals?

Can you give a reasonable answer to any of those 2 questions?

If you wanted to have a discussion, you're doing it wrong anyhow. A debate can be good for both sides. Even if neither one is convinced by the other's argument at least we've clarified the side's views and more research can be done.

You should certainly be skeptical of any information especially that which could be biased. Which is precisely why I'm skeptical of the information you are bringing in. As Carl Sagan said, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. And to be quite honest, your sources are terrible.
