hey any know how this addon works im not really sure how to format the macro's using this. thanks for help :)
/console send name command
"command" is put into the game if it is prefixed with one /, but no / or >1 / puts it into the windower console.

ok so what would it look like to snd a coommand to my alt ladyzaxtiss with say cure4?

i typped it in chat i've gotten somed commands to work like i tried
//send zaxtiss Rudras Storm from my whm alt and it went thro but i havent had any commands work from my mains screen for cure's or debuffs

Load shortcuts on your mule and try again.
i keep shortcuts and gearswap both on full time
Have you relogged recently?
Send sometimes stops working on one or both characters. Most often when one has been logged on for a long time, and the other only recently logged in. Or crashed and had to relog.
When ever that happens, I just logout, restart windower and log both back in. Then it works again.

The easiest way to test is to do:
This should make "something" appear in the console of your mule. If that works, then Send works and it's your command that is incorrectly formatted. If it doesn't work then IPC has failed and you may need to relog both characters.

Does this require the alt to be on the same box? or does it send via the server? obviously the latter being blatantly detectable.
Currently only on the same box. We will implement a cross-network version, but it will not go through SE's servers at all, so there's no fear of them detecting it (in fact, we can't even abuse their servers for that unless we do something like use tells to send our own data, which is a bad idea for several reasons and which we won't do).
