Are U Feeling Laggy? What's Your FPS?

Dear all, what's your average / highest FPS? Feeling lag as in my movement and attack speed are especially sloppy. (nothing to do with gears / equipment)

At times, my FPS can be around 20-50+ (but still sloppy)
(Facing some lag despite having 100mbps (lan boardband) + i7 GTX 760M lappy + setting highest perfromance.)

Any solution or suggestion?

There's a cap for FPS in FFXI I can't remember it but for some reason the number 40 is coming to mind. Are you using a router?

30 is the normal cap.

I don't remember if it can be brought higher, but anything above 15 FPS is good enough to play FFXI.

Unlimited PLugin ~ No cap.

Natural cap is 30.

I really wouldn't recommend using unlimited with no cap... ***goes crazy since nearly everything is tied in to FPS. I can't even play because the buttons move too fast.
