What's the point of abyssea +1 gear? Why use those when there's sparks gear.

Well, I had hoped that Emperor Hairpin +2 or whatever it's called, would have basically ilvl stat vomit with things like haste. I know we can cap without head slot on basically every job, but it doesn't even have a ridiculous amount of evasion.
