Phaosphaelia if you melee for tp, otherwise Hangaku-no-Yumi, Cibitshavore or Falubeza are all great at getting you killed.

Cibitshavore C Rank 15 is probably the best overall for when you're shooting and don't want to be taking hate. For situations like AATT or any time where hate isn't an issue, the Tenzen bow pulls ahead because of higher damage and that absolutely massive TP bonus for Jishnu's.
