I heard somewhere the Jesus never really existed, whereas Mohammad was a real person that existed.
Well supposedly we know where mohammad is buried but we don't know where jesus body is I think. Good luck trying to dig up the grave of Mohammad to prove he existed though.
Eh. His soft tissue (penis included) would be rotted by now.
We'd still not have an answer to the "is my god's *** bigger than your god's?" question. You mean prophets? They weren't gods. At most Jesus claimed to be the son of god if he existed.
You're doing your best to suck all the fun out of this.
Doesn't really matter. Buddha's probably got the biggest wanger of 'em all anyhow. I never saw the fun in comparing penis sizes. People just get mad when the results are presented. Isn't it all in the motion of the ocean that matters anyway?
As much of a psychological boost as it may be to have a big ol' tallywacker that's gonna scare all the ladies, I never saw a practical reason to care as long as said ladies aren't complaining.
I'm just sort of chasing an avenue of making this amusing since no one is getting convinced of anything on an internet forum.
Edit: also, do people actually compare penis sizes? I mean, any time there was visible dong during any college parties I meant to, it was really just about someone getting drunk and standing on the roof naked; their *** was normally pretty well hosed for the evening, no pun intended.

Personally, I don't give a flying *** what your occupation is. If anything, you devalue your position by finding it necessary to state your occupation.
Fair enough, but it lends me credence to say that using Occam's Razor as an attempt at a valid argument is a load of crap.
It actually lends you zero credence if you take a step back and unfuck yourself. I only said that the theory holds up to the Occam's Razor, much like the Heliocentric model, or are you going to claim to be an astrophysicist now and say that's not good enough too?
Comparing the Heliocentric model to a vague theory on the origin of Jesus in terms of the viability of Occam's Razor is really a stretch. Try again.

I can't deny that. I'm a bit more live-and-let-live in real-life settings.
The problem is, so many other people in real-life settings AREN'T. And most of those people are over-bearing Christians.
So I freely admit to a bit of pushback in this comfortable, anonymous internet setting.

If atheists challenge your own beliefs, I welcome it openly as it challenges theists to up their game and further research their beliefs. If that makes you a more rounded theist, wonderful. If it makes you an atheist, whatever.
Religious extremism boils down to castrations, rapes, murder and the worst ***humanity can conjure up. Watch LiveLeak and seeing a road full of dudes heads on pikes thanks to ISIS and it renders all the western whining from theists about atheists moot.

When I picked up FFXI, I knew Altana was speaking to me when she sent me on those adventures across Vana'diel with my friends. From the peaks of Uleguerand to the depths of Cirdas, Altana is the way, Altana is the light. Tanaka was her prophet, Sundi her high priest, Square Enix the vehicle by which she entered our world and blessed us with the crystal.
Resist the emptiness in your heart and become blessed in her glorious light. Oh and don't *** up the timeline too much or she'll straight end you.
It all began with a stone, Or so the legend says. In ages past, a sentient jewel, enormous and beautiful banished the darkness.

I didn't call either one an outright lie. Your origin theory could be true for all I know, but neither of us has enough evidence to say it is or isn't. As far as the heliocentric model goes, who even disputes that nowadays?

I thought there was some historical records and unearthing of history that proved "Jesus" existed, but not of that which was portrayed in the Bible.
That his name was really Yeshua bon Yoseph (Jeshua bon Jospeh), and that he was more of a humanitarian philanthropist. Much like how Moses was born into a ranking family, and became a military strategist and general.
I dunno if these findings were legit or not, all I remember about them is what I just mentioned.
There was supposed to be a documentary series about what was historical fact and historical fiction from the Bible, and that most of the stories in them, were meant to teach "Divine Morals" that must not be crossed.

Yeah, "Jesus" is a bit of a misnomer due to translation and mispronunciation issues. And bon Yoseph makes perfect sense seeing as how it translates to "Son of Joseph" more or less.

Mother Theresa is called a Philanthropist, so the sanctity of the claim is tarnished right out of the gates. As for Moses, if being a General is all it takes to have supernatural powers, why the *** isn't Colin Powell using his ice breath on ***?

Well supposedly we know where mohammad is buried but we don't know where jesus body is I think.
As a Muslim, let me explain to you and please keep in mind that I am not trying to convince you, rather than just informing you what Us, Muslims believe.
Jesus(PBUH) did exist and was conceived by a Virgin mother(Mary may peace be upon her). And yes we do believe he brought back the dead as well as curing the blind, but it was done by the Creator's power.
Rather than Jesus being God(Roman Catholics believe) or God's Son(Orthodox believe-Eastern Europe), Muslims believe him being as one of the messengers that had been sent to his people at his time to guide them, similar to Moses/Muhammad/,etc..(PBUT) - Their all just humans, who lived and died like any other.
As for the burial and death of Muhammad(PBUH) and Jesus(PBUH). Muhammad(PBUH) did pass away, and is buried under a Masjid(Mosque by westerners, but Muslims call it Masjid, since Mosque means the "House of Bee's"). Because, as some maniacs/crazy's would instead worship him(a man) rather than worshiping the Creator.
As for Jesus(PBUH), the Christians, well 97% of them) do believe that Jesus(PBUH) was crucified and did die for all of humanities sin, but for the Muslims, we believe that he has been risen up to the heavens(not paradise, there two different places), saved by the Creator, to be sent down again to his second coming(Christians & Muslims believe he will come down on earth again) and that the person who got crucified instead was Judas(one of Jesus's(PBUH) disciple).

As a general rule, I tend to immediately throw out any argument from people who believe in Djinns and Sassanid folk tales. That pretty much just leaves the Anti-Muslims unopposed. But whether they believe in Sassanid folk tales, Unicorns, or the flying spaghetti monster is not the point. The point is: does their texts instruct them to "exterminate all Jews" as some claimed?
One person says the text does, another person says it doesn't. That's the problem with creating a religion for illiterate goat herders, the original meaning is twisted into an unrecognizable form by the time some objective scholars can write down what's there.
If I'm not mistaken, the actual dialect the original Qur'an was written in no longer exists as well. At this point it could be a recipe for snickerdoodles and nobody would know.

Bring me the "FULL" verse of the Quran that says that "stone/kill non believers" and I will be more than happy to denounce my religion. If you also want, I can bring you the actual verse from the Quran that your beautiful media quotes out of "context".
Edit:
PS: Humans discovered about the "Big Bang" in the 1930's, well it was written in the Quran 1,400 years ago. Mind blown right?

PS: If anyone wants any extra information, they are always welcomed to send me an inbox. Having grown up in a Christian family until I turned 4 or so, and having decided to leave the church, and having read the bible until I was 13 out of curiosity, I can vouch for some of these beliefs, as they intermingle (at least from what I was taught), though many of the other beliefs contradicted themselves.
What I find to be the intriguing part, is that "Jesus" had no otherworldly powers himself, and instead, was used as a vessel.
Another belief I came across, is that there were 4 Sons of God, one of each quarter of the Earth, that were sent by, or used as a vessel, to spread a Creator's message of peace and prosperity.
There are also similarities thought to have existed between the idea of a Creator between North American indigenous peoples and that of the Muslim idea of the Creator, and of course, vast differences.

Sorry to correct you but Islam has existed since the first human ever worked on this planet, aka Adam(May Peace be Upon him). Islam was created when the quran was released about 1500 years ago with prophet Muhammad, prophet Adam was not alive when Islam was formed.
"They may say he is this or that, but he was neither; prophet Jesus was neither Muslim nor Christian"
Remember that line? >_>
You should not really look for the definition on google or that, rather look at it in an official bible dictionary.
People nowadays just google things for information rather than reading and personally looking for the information.
As to answer your quotation, Muslim means "submitting your will to the one and only God/Creator/Allah". As we all know, messengers were all worshipers of God, so that makes them Muslims.
Also, Islam means Peace.
