Doctorough has good posts, but u need to read what was posted previously. It just falls down to the player skill, on paper koga will not be touched. If an idiot is behind that wpn, the results will favor the better player who knows wtf. The OP seem a bit out of touch tho xD

With Koga can you get hit-hit WS?, I don't think miser's is strong enough with Koga, but I could be wrong. Perhaps I'm in error, or perhaps people aren't using Miser's roll with the new ring.

Koga gains a rather significant Multihit Bonus.




Compared to the 243 Damage on Tsurumaru and both have the same Delay meaning STP build being similar, you could use the exact same sets as Tsurmaru and Still out parse it IE 5 hit with 40% chance to DA and 20% to TA meaning you have a 1 in 5 chance to Triple (so 4 his in tp phase is a pretty solid possibility) and DA 1~2 of those hits meaning you would match a TP feed on Tsurumaru without trying plus gain more TP overfeed than a Tsurmaru would which on Fudo is rediculously powerful.

I would surmise it comes down down to the duration of the fight and whether you get to use afull 3 minutes of AM3 (IE starting at 300 tp for fight and it last 3minutes) Granted the damage from a 300 tp Fudo vs a 300 TP rana would squewer things for the start, but koga is about tp over time, I'd argue the next 2 ws's would get you back assuming 1300+ (and moonshade tp bonus) would put you a considerable amount ahead of Tsurumaru's average TP per WS, 20 Damage is nothing compared to potenitally adding a 50~60% increase in WS frequency (assuming Misers) or 40% without (Approx not exact maths), realistically to compensate a 30% increase in DA would compensate the Save TP effects from Tsurumaru easily, fact is this has alot more to offer in terms of TA and DA over it and shouldn't lose.

Don't even need a Spreadsheet to look at it and go "wow" this is the ***.

Ah, mistake on my part (and bgwiki). If you look up koga some have listed 40% DA only and others have 40%DA AND 20% TA. This was overlooked by me.
