I was curious because instead of actually discussing the issue your last few posts have been about other nations and how they're either worse than us, right around us or how they do things as shitty as us. I was asking to find out if you actually are using that as some kind of excuse or you're just rambling on about other places in the world. I'll be sure to alert you specifically the next time that I mention a factoid as an aside. Now, if you'll excuse me for a few minutes, I have a Weibull distribution to calculate. Unregulated free market's benefits at work! (Of course, someone will chime in telling me how it is regulated; too regulated, etc. etc. If not for those regulations the other workers could have kept their jobs at reduced rates and it would have been more fair still!) If you got rid of minimum wage, everybody would have a job! Bahamut.Milamber said: » Pink Slips at Disney. But First, Training Foreign Replacements. Yet somehow no matter what we do about immigration -- tighten or loosen -- someone's pissed. And to be fair, I understand why. It's not an easy issue. I'm complaining about companies bribing congress to be able to issue more H1 visas claiming that there isn't enough people in the US for tech fields, just to pull ***like this. Offline

I didn't explain my thought process well. There are several European countries where if you want to move there you've got to prove you provide a service either 1) not available from current citizens or 2) that you can perform it better. fonewear said: » Working for nothing sounds like a typical Huff Post blogger. I'm still trying to figure out what the "credit card" craze is ! Back in my day we used wooden nickels !
I never understood why my grandfather told me to "never take any wooden nickels" he was usually drunk on scotch at the time so I took it to mean get the hell out of my face and "don't let the door hit you in the *** on your way out"
