As a side note: Bad Teacher was so bad, I couldn't watch the whole thing.
That's how I felt about Anchorman 2. I just...it got to the point where it stopped being funny. They took all the jokes one step too far and it just became a mockery of itself.
Which is sort of exestential, when you think about it. /looks
Will Farrel.
Found the problem.
I was once forced to watch a movie in which the whole thing took place in his front lawn. I will never watch anything with him in it again. Scarred for life after that.

I don't, generally, like him.
I loved the first Anchorman movie though.
And his Robert Goulet bit on SNL was pretty great, even if I dislike most of his other SNL stuff.

CSPAN is amazing. No other network has achieved that perfect balance of making people laugh and putting them to sleep.
Not even the holy roller channel with the nun who has an eye patch?
Is that real?

Speaking of something terribly unfunny I tried to watch 2 broke girls. Mother of God is that show terrible. If you want to watch something funny, you should try CSPAN.

Everyone give a round of applause for Don Lemon, our comic tonight!
So guys... what really happened to MH370? Did it fly into a black hole? *canned laughter* No, I'm serious.

Even relieved to see Jim Carrey after that.

Re: Will Farrel
I enjoy Kicking and Screaming, Step Brothers and Elf for what they are: movies for a family and Talladeega Nights for poking fun at NASCAR in a similar vein to Anchorman.
Farrel has always been a more broad appeal guy.
Vince Vaughn however....

He hits too close to home.
Literally.
So many people back home just like him.

Talledaga Nights > Step Brothers > Anchorman
There I said it!

He was funny for a bit, but he didn't have much depth; he just keeps going on and on with the same routines.

That is true.
I don't particularly like the actors either. I think the writers didnt add enough dialog.
You cant make a show last forever on twist plots.
I responded with this thinking we were talking about CSPAN. Many herps and derps were had this day. Talledaga Nights > Step Brothers > Anchorman
There I said it! What the even.

I vaguely remember when Jeff Foxworthy was everywhere with his redneck humor ! The only one of those guys that I liked was Ron White.
Now him and Lewis Black can always make me laugh.

Ron White is good but it seems like that was ages ago.

1. Lewis Black
2. Louis C.K.
3. Ron White

My favorite probably Mitch Hedberg alive I don't' know...
