They only make up a majority in your head. In the real world, they make up a disproportionate amount of aide recipients. They also make up a disproportionate amount of people convicted of drug crimes despite not using or possessing them at a higher rate. It's not racist to point out that blacks make up a larger percentage of aide recipients for their respective population, it IS racist to constantly refer to "lazy blacks".
