Where are you seeing this? The liberals I know are all-in on Trump getting the GOP nod, both from an entertainment angle, and a "he isn't a true believer in the social aspects, so maybe those are malleable" aspect.
They also seem to think he's beatable in the general, and I don't know if I agree with that. Trump vs. Sanders in particular would be a ridiculous race.

Strangely, I'd rather Trump take office than Bloomberg, who apparently plans to run independent if Sanders gets the Dem nomination.

I thought it was funny that Bill O'Reilly was bitching about the Pope the other night and wants to talk to him to tell him about a woman that was murdered by an illegal immigrant. So, 'to what end?' I ask. One angry, news anchor who comes off as more of a shock jock isn't going to sway a Pope.

While I expected a new large-scale military intervention this year (france already on ground with special forces: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/feb/24/isis-behead-11-police-officers-in-fighting-in-libya and America launching air strikes), a real taking over of governmental functions and splitting the country in different sectors would be a surprise and sounds very unlikely.
Other than the ISIS threat there are also waiting up to 200.000 people waiting for better weather to get to Italy.

This artilce http://www.ilmessaggero.it/primopiano/esteri/libia_italia_piano_b-1570698.html seems to be the public source of the rumors. I cannot say where they got the information from. It might be behind the paywall, if they mention it at all, but I doubt it since no other italian site (if I didn't make any mistake) seem to mention where this one picked the rumour up. Wether they have a draft paper or they were told by a governmental source for example.

I know they have nukes. We gave them money to not develop them. They developed them anyways.

It's not like the last 'tard in office destroyed the US's international image or anything.
But people are so quick to forget/ignore that fact.
I do fear for the world if that xenophobic, racist bigot gets elected.
