I do understand my beliefs. I can love the people and deplore the actions. Is that too hard for you to understand? Never did I say that I hate homosexuals. What I did say is that I wouldn't have my business involved in an affair that is sinful. I'd not support a gay marriage, a Wiccan sabbat, etc. That doesn't mean that I hate those people. If someone actively pursues a sinful behavior then I should shun them, if they will not respond to loving discussion of why their behavior is sinful and that the Lord wants them to change it.
I mentioned earlier a prominent member of my church is a non-practicing homosexual. He wouldn't be allowed a position of authority if he pursued a path of sinful behavior. Same thing applies to an alcoholic. If he's "on the wagon" he could hold an office in the church. If he fell off the wagon and again lost himself in drink,then he'd be removed from office. We'd still love him and try to help him end his sinful practice. See Matthew 18:15-20.
Is it so hard for you to see the distinction between normal social/economic interactions (selling a customer a bagel) and becoming a part of an that to me is sinful (gay wedding, Wiccan sabbat, binge drinking party, etc.)? Where did I say I hated homosexuals? Your bigotry is the one on display here, not mine.

Again. Not all dems lump all pubs in the same bucket. There are some that do yes. Just like some pubs like to lump all dems together. Just look at Nausi's posts if you want an example.

You se it on these boards every day on every side. Take you for example. You staunchly stand on the republican side for some things but you edge more towards the middle on other topics.

It's pretty easy to see that you can disagree with the general business practices of a company but still agree with a specific stance they take outside of that. It doesn't make an argument to say that can't agree with something because you disagree with something else they do. The having your cake and eating it too wouldn't apply.

Trust me, there are plenty of *** awful dry weddings out there, and they're all as terribly stuffy, boring, and intolerable as you'd expect and then some.

Idk... I've been to some pretty awful weddings when booze was present so I doubt it's just because the wedding is dry that makes it that way lol. I have never been to a dry wedding though myself.

I've been there a few times out of social obligations and the store itself isn't bad, just frequently the clientele.
