Can all 50 assaults be soloed now? If not, which ones can't be soloed?

when you say solo do you mean you soloing on a single char? or you are "solo" playing multiple chars?

Lebros supplies comes to mind being one that is impossible to solo unless you speed hack.

some escort missions may be hard with a single char (like the one where you have to be near the npc or he'll run away, but he'll also run away if there's mobs around him.), but if you're dual boxing that won't be a problem

They cannot all be solo'd. There's probably 10~ that require at least one other person, and I recommend more for Lebros Supplies unless you are an Olympic runner.

My personal list of must have teamups from my own experiences:
-Lebros Supplies
Lots of running, would not do this one with less than 3 people.

-Imperial Agent Rescue
Hands down the one I hated the most and failed a few times due to timeout. Ideally 3 person minimum so you can work on all 3 of the doors at the same time.

-Evade and Escape
3 people because of the switches and amount of ground you need to cover.

-Apkallu Seizure
1 other person to clear the pugils away and also stay out of the way themselves to not spook the other person trying to court+bring an apkallu back to the professor

-Operation: Black Pearl
1 person for each direction of oncoming enemies to stop anything getting near the 1 shot-able npc you have to protect or its instafail.

-Building Bridges
1 person that needs to trade their journal to the rune should focus on getting to the center spot where the rune of release is without getting 'caught' and warped back to the start.
This one can be pretty frustrating. I had friends that weren't doing journal recordings helping with this one, so they could run off and hit the other switches while I focused on getting to the middle spot to trade my book and exit us out once the rune was unlocked.

-Shooting Down the Baron
A lot of area to cover and even though you can pretty much instagib him with a job that can have TP ready while you run around looking for him (sam/dnc or dnc/sam), its better to just bring extra people to fan out in case he warps or becomes hard to find because he's always moving as well and not widescan-able.

-Escort_Professor_Chanoix
bring 1 extra person to run ahead and aggro the undead, poison pot is recommended since you could get sleepga'd by the undead, and the Professor can keep walking off and get killed without you to save him.

-Orichalcum Survey
Lots of running, luck-based, backtracking heavy. Even with help you can go 20+ minutes before you complete the objective. Or you could win the lottery and get it done solo in 2minutes. Bring alot of people for this if you can.

-Red Versus Blue
Bring 1 good DD like a sam and have them go to I-6 on the map before you talk to Shailham. Once they are in position, talk to the npc and have your DD friend aggro and kill off Raubahn right when he spawns to win easily.

-Azure Ailments
The more people you have, the more monsters you can handle pulling and tp feeding to get someone status debuffed to complete the objective.

Apkallu Breeding
bring 1 extra person to help you decipher the code create a single pair easily and complete this. You can multibox this one if you take time to use mules to targetlock on and follow ones you've deciphered to assist in figuring out pair matching.

Seagull Grounded
bring 1 person to do escort follow duty while 1 person just runs through and kills everything in sight to clear the path.

Desperately Seeking Cephalopods
Time consuming and best done with 1-2 friends helping cover more than 1 area.

For this one it can be soloed since your team mates will need to be out of sight when you've captured a Apkallu. Just clean out Pugils and find a fish which is collected by a ???. The fish is used to feed the Apkallu.

After that, Find a Apkallu and when the Apkallu stares at you (DO NOT MOVE), /bow at it (Face it before doing so). If no script or says "It drops it's guard a little bit", /welcome it. If it likes you, talk to it asap. If it becomes wary of position or runs away. Try another Apkallu, it will not interact with you for a bit.

When it's captured, stay behind it and a few steps back (Going in Front will instantly end the capture). If it stops, you're too far, or too close, or on the side of it. Revert to position quickly, you only have 5 seconds. Apkallu will keep walking to professor as long you follow those rules. Mission Completed will appear when it gets to the professor.

This mission can be troublesome for people on their 1st time. It's a pain but I hope it saves you a tag.

Ssapphire has some great notes. I'd like to add a few to some select Assaults:

-Evade and Escape
I've tried soloing this as COR with 11 on Bolter's, sprinter shoes, and Skadi +1 boots. Still came up short, don't attempt it solo, though can be done no problem with two people. The Dahaks aren't very strong and should be killed if you're using less than 3 people, so you don't get interrupted trying to activate switches.

-Operation: Black Pearl
Two waves of weak dudes spawn at once, sometimes from the same corridor, aggroing the first person or NPC they encounter. Next waves don't show up til the Troll in that wave is defeated, and are signaled by the NPCs standing there. You can just hold one of those Trolls alive for as long as you need to work on other waves without them, though I never tested to see if they'll take a swing at the NPCs if you bring them nearby.

-Building Bridges
Definitely wouldn't solo this one, even with movement speed you still get cornered regularly, and you've only got 15 minutes.

-Waking the Puppet
Soloable if you're fine with a few skeletons swinging at you for a little bit. Activate the puppets, bring them to a skeleton, have them engage, and then pull hate on the skeleton and bring it (and any you aggro) back to the NPC. Kill skeletons, and repeat til you have enough to win.

-Shooting Down the Baron
SMN/BST/PUP can solo this in a minute, as the pets never lose track of the Baron. I'd wager it's also probably possible to kill him before he run once, as his warping is time based, not HP based. Last time I tried this, I was wearing Aurore gear and had no problems soloing.

-Red Versus Blue
Can be solo'd, especially with a quick and easy burst of damage (meditate, barrage, jumps). Talk to the NPC when you're ready, and wait for a few seconds in case dudes spawn at the camp. If your guys start to move out, just head to Raubahn and kill him, the other BLUs will likely waste time casting dumb crap. The guys on your side will hold off any other BLUs more than long enough to keep your leader safe.

-Imperial Treasure Retrieval
Just be patient, there are 3 dudes who hang out by the beginning section. The white one hangs by the first T intersection and just goes back and forth. The green and black (I think) tend to weave through the whole beginning area and slightly into the other two. Kind of a pain to solo, but you only need 1 gem to win.

-Azure Ailments
Probably my least favorite assault, not soloable. Best thing you can do to ensure you won't evade the TP moves is to bring someone along on a level 50 job (preferably with subjob like RDM or WMH to spam Dia for faster TP, as well as sneak/invis if you need it). Other than that, bring a weak multihit weapon and go to town on the enemies. Remember that they'll WS more often below 25%, so it might be a good idea to bring it down low, then spam Dia.

As someone who's working on his captain, mostly solo, I don't have anything to add, posters above have it all covered. Consult guides on net(gamerescape, wikia) and posts above and you should be good.

Some of them are really variable by job; for example, the Black Baron is really easy if you're a pet job and just let your pet chase him around. Likewise, Red vs. Blue is fantastically easy on BLU, who can basically do a single Whirl of Rage to wipe out each group.

Based on sheer mechanics, the ones that are literally impossible to solo currently are probably just Lebros Supplies and Evade & Escape.

However, other assaults that are virtually impossible or highly irritable to solo due to mechanics or luck are Orichalcum Survey (worse than you'd imagine), Azure Ailments, and Imperial Agent Rescue.

If you have a combination of a pet job, high-end damage job, and high-end movespeed+ job, it helps. Personally, I use BLU, BST, and THF depending on the Assault.

Otherwise, if you're on a 99 job with Adoulin gear and have a solid working understanding of the chosen Assault, with a dose of patience, most can be soloed. I've been considering putting up a short guide giving each Assault a brief note and "solo cockblock rating" and see if a mod would sticky it. I'm currently redoing Assaults for a mythic, so yeah... good times.

I was able to solo Evade & Escape on cor, used hermes, roll, and taleria (mog tablet feet, dunno if that stacks as well but seemed like it went a bit faster) after killing all dahak's. Lamp placement can be an issue but had no issue after scouting where lamps were @ on my run.

I suppose it's -possible- with enough movespeed+ stuff to solo Evade & Escape, but you've gotta go out of your way to do it and you still need some luck with lamp placement. I've timed the adjustment to "hit all the lamps at once" objectives; in both E&E and Nyzul, it seems like the window is approximately 2 minutes. I've actually had a lot of success solo in Nyzul, but never got an E&E layout that worked for me.

According to wiki, says bout 3 min for lamp duration so possibly somewhere in middle, but yes it is very postion oriented to be able to solo. It's more worth trying to solo that than it is to try to solo Azure Ailments (tried 7 times to go solo with different strats...maxing @ 3 ailments)

another one you need others for is Lost and Found. Finding that ring without having others to leap frog and get directions for is a real pain. i've failed this even with 3 people, i imagine solo it is impossible (unless you cheat).

Not impossible, but it's taxing on your nerves (3 tries before clear, solo)

I managed Lost & Found solo... took me 3 tries or so, and the first was basically just messing around to try and figure out how it worked. It really hinges on how fast you get the first couple clues. But yeah, another one that's taxing on patience and significantly easier with a helper.

Azure Ailments might be the worst now, since it's virtually impossible to complete at 99, since your odds of resisting some of the necessary status ailments is so high. I ended up winning it capped at 70 in a group of 3 using pet jobs, and even that took a couple shots.
