If you have say.. Usukane feet/body you wouldn't be sacrificing much (if any). Could probably have a sword strap too?
It's a sword strap on your weapon, if you have Usu Body and Feet it is not a problem, other wise its +16 rather then +11.

Problem is, direct additions or reductions to your base delay on a weapon affect your TP per hit. Not sure the exact calculations but 3% could potentially screw up a 6 hit build. If not, then that's just dandy; although more STR or acc would be ideal.
