I hate to ask, but do you have that parse? Nothing against you personally, but you have like 0% haste and no acc. I'm wondering how you outparsed anyone at all, literally.
No, i haven't used a pachi, but I have a couple questions for you. Why wyvern helm as opposed to turban? I could ask some other stuff but this is a good place to start.

i saw a decent hagun on my server just didnt like the -1% delay had str+2 on it tho
all power to u to "maybe" get something decent, i would never attempt that i'd prolly get whack *** results like -'s to dex str and or vit

I made a 44%+ tp per hit with relic bow and random arrows once. Well on paper. You need a cor and good gear. Having the new strap helps. Might be able to hit 44% with relic gkat now then...
Anyways I'm sure any possible 4 hit rana build that isn't suck *** gkt would um cost a ***ton. Not even sure if it's possible without a cor.

Even if I am opinionated towards hagun, like I said in my first response to this, if I were going to 5hit gkt, I would go for a rindo. 5hit on both, w/ possible ws dmg+%, no -acc, and lower delay is not going to be a competition.
