Can solo the Phobos and Deimos Orbs np. Any BST solo the Zelos or Bia Orbs yet? Wanna crush all these seals I have and get that loot!

The problem is, from what I've seen so far, SE has a major tendency to repeat their campaigns once the bottle is opened.

Now, I can't help but think these events are being used to test our patience and probe strategies on keeping us interested in the game. Of course they're going to try as much different stuff they can pull as this game kind of aways been some sort of experiment for them. /huh

I'm not necessarily saying the end is close at hand. Whether or not it is or isn't is entirely up to SE as everyone already knows. Personally I would love to see the game keep going because I'm no different then anyone else here as we all have much invested in the game. I'm sure many out there feel the same way as I do about SE just giving everything under the sun away on a silver platter. If there is no sense of achievement or accomplishment then there will be no more players and from the looks of it, no more economy either.

Which BC's can be dual-boxed by THF&RDM?

I did Bia orb, the Mobline Comedy. Sent Herald Henry in and had him tank everything. Picked them off of him one by one and killed them while he held the rest. Used Reward once. Super easy.

Is it confirmed that Meteor and Arise drop? Anyone got some screenshots of it? I'm like 0/12 runs now.

Yes, price drop has been incredibly significant on my server. lol

I'd assume all of them, though be careful on the bird one if you do that, melee damage is very low and you might start pulling hate on the rdm.

I soloed the dragon one about 7 times today on dnc/nin and yea, curse+mighty strikes+nullsong is pretty crappy. Manageable, but crappy.

These campaigns are really making me want to quit.

well screenshots on front page now of AV coupon and Hexed -1 dropping this event is ridiculous.

So whats going on? Are they doing like a giveaway of the best items in the game? Are they that desperate for people to stay?

If it makes you feel better, my ss is the only instance I've seen where a -1 dropped. They seem to be really rare (we've gotten about 8 or so nq pieces). We've done a couple dozen more fights since then with no notable drops.

Best items in the game? The vast majority of rewards from this are at least five years old. The newer drops are a lot less common. I burnt through ~1500 crests and the best thing I got was a Penelope's cloth.

People here are so melodramatic that is is almost comical.

What drops have people seen in Mobline Comedy BC?

Just remember guys, you'll need plenty of crests and seals if you are looking to take a WoE weapon to 99 - which might be an appealing prospect if those weapons get an iLvl upgrade next patch.

I suspect these events are there to try and level the playfield a bit so that when the next set of Adoulin gear comes in people aren't left with a situation where in order to benefit from them they don't already need a 99 RME.

Their problem is that with a vertical upgrade path like Adoulin has reintroduced, you can't afford to split the playerbase by limiting the best gear upgrades only to the minority of uber-geared characters.

Finishing a long-term project like making a 99RME is a hell of prerequisite for making something better. This is why they held off the RME upgrades for so long, it would make the gap between the haves and have-nots of Vanadiel even wider than it is already. Which with a dwindling playerbase risked being a total kiss of death.

I'd also add that who knows how the new high-level battlefields are going to work. SE has said they require new items, but that isn't to say that we won't also need the old ones also. For example you could need to acquire an orb to access a BCNM, but when you trade that item to the burning circle the difficulty and drops are set by x number of new items passed along with it...

When you have never ending login campaign you know they are using that to see how many active people are playing incoming server merges.


IMO when a game rewards you for just "logging on" it is one step away from being irrelevant to reward someone for something so trivial.
