Does anyone know if the software token app can be used for multiple square enix accounts? If not, I will have to get a second android device or iDevice. :(

Nope. Per account only. Also, afaik if you deactivate it it's useless forever, and you have to buy a new one.

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy a token for the second one? Or do they not make them anymore?

In theory you should be able to use the phone emulator, but I never got one up and running to verify you can install normal play stuff on it.

I'd have to fiddle around with it one day.

Knivesz: I currently have two tokens and I'm just concerned if the battery ever dies...

Jetackuu: The emulator is great idea! I just would have liked something portable or at least, not tied to my PC.
