Amount of StoreTP required to 4-Hit?
Hello I recently drug my DRG out of retirement due to linkshell needs, I am currently using the Skirmish +1 pole and with gear alone have a total of +53 Store TP, I have several harder to come by pieces such as Yaoyotl Helm, Ky'ares Ring etc., have been trying to stack a large amount, my question is, can DRGs now 4 hit, or is 5 hit still the best we can obtain, if so, how much store tp from gear alone is required to 4-hit and 5-hit, with /SAM as subjob, thank you for the feedback.
4/hit you are looking to need 80+ store tp, so stick w 5/hit.
you can 5/hit w/ just 45store tp if you have 0 store tp in your ws set. get 18store tp in your ws set, you'll only need 40 store tp. this is true 5/hit, i'm not including any ionis buffs you get. Everyone knows the only true 4Hit build is a Nabis Approved Zanshin spec. Peerless.
Yeah, just tie a Nanatsusayanotachi to the end of your lance and you're set!
Assuming the only buff you have is +15 sTP from /sam a 3/4 hit star will yield 17.4 TP. So you need enough sTP to cover the difference of 82.6 or 20.65 per hit. You will need at least 41 sTP in gear or other buffs which will give 20.7 TP per hit. In order to 4 hit you need a total of 88 stp. If /sam that means you need 73 stp from gear, food, atma, ionis, etc.
I quit playing shortly after SoA came out so im not up to speed on all the new skirmish gear, but generally it is less effective to try and 4 hit as you can easily cap haste with a 5 hit. This is all assuming you are using a 492 delay lance. Ragnarok.Ashman said: » Use a gaebolg. wait, DRG can be a 4 hit without going /SAM?
What am I doing wrong with WAR then? I'm barely a true 5 hit as WAR/SAM....and GA *usually* has longer delays than polearms.... I was going to make a tact mantle build to post for jokes. I decided that I've had too much fun here.
ok so you need /sam you need to eat carbonara and this is the set you are looking at...
ItemSet 312265 oh and you can only take off 8 stp for ws (assuming 1 hit missing)... actually prolly works fine for fodder mobs since you can still squeeze in your gorget/belt for ws and you can easily be attack capped on most content even before food. |
