That's pretty awesome, I'm having a hard time finding a place but I'm going to share with a couple of friends. I need to be more independent so it's a good idea to move as far away as possible.
And yeah, tons of old people can be good and bad lol, they call the police at the slightest problem so your ***won't get stolen... but they phone the police at the slightest problem so they'll be calling them a lot when you're just doing normal ***lol. You need get a rapport with the old people, it means you can get a ton of help if you need it lol.

For 'just' 450/month I could have a place in Auburn ... that is smaller than the upstairs I fairly well own (for sake of inextricability) already.
It was also totally 'other side of the other side of the tracks', which is a one-stage downgrade from here.

You could always go dig up the old recipe for Thermolene and build a solid-propellant-hybrid fanjet (no need for a compressor stage = easy).
It wouldn't be hard, it just wouldn't in any case quite be something you could walk around and save damsels with on your back.
