I'm trying to find out where the Ramuh folks are going. There are several people, some who I've played with since 2004, that are moving to FFXIV. Some haven't played FFXI in the last year or two.
Uri and Dame have both mentioned the Ni group to me.
Has a server been picked?

Before women get their panties in a bunch, they should check into the Native American culture where women are recognized as the head , they give life to the next generation. Idk, I am me, I embrace my partner for who THEY are, not for some masculine and/or feminine traits either of us should/would/could have.
This is why I don't get angry when someone jokes I should go make them a sammich. The first thing I do when anyone comes over to my house is ask "would you like a sandwich and some tea?" lol
My grandparents were married from over 75 years until my granfather passed away of old age. My grandmother enjoyed cooking for him, sewing his shirts, ironing, keeping the house clean, sitting by his side when he was sick and not able to get out of bed.. likewise my grandfather enjoyed keeping up the house, building the deck, mowing the lawn, working two jobs so she didnt have to worry.. It wasnt a man thing or a woman thing, it was a "I love and want to make you happy thing". Thats what people forget in my opinion. Does it make you smile when someone opens the door for you? it should, they are respectful and kind. Likewise offering tea to company isnt a feminist setback but an act of kindness. Manners over Generic gender roles imo.

I think the general consensus is that the servers will be based off of boss names. From what I've read, the beta servers will be the same as the live servers.

I like to say things so that they can be taken in multiple contexts...do I do that all the time, no. I like to though.
I love it when you can say something that has a polite meaning at face value and a completely different undertone if you read between the lines.
In regards to the tone and text you have to just take things in context really.
You also have to take into the account that you may have taken whatever had been said differently than what it was meant to.

Let's go to Exdeath. He's an awesome boss. Especially when Gaff fights him 1v1 and refuses to die. What an epic scene... then Exdeath kills him, but still!
I think Kefka was one of the best bosses.
Exdeath was a cool esper in FF12 but other than that, I completely have not played FF5 so...

I think Kefka won't work either because it's the server for elitists. People that think "I'm better than you because I don't like Final Fantasy 7" are generally elitists on here too. Just look at Flionheart.
