I would probably still be into exercising more if I didn't smoke.
I need to quit smoking eventaully...but for that I'll want anti-anxiety medication or I might turn up on the news lol

God the girls on my track team were like 1000X hotter than our cheerleaders. Followed closely by the soccer girls.

My rage issues have gotten worse as I've gotten older and I dunno why lol.
I can't even begin to count how many times me smoking a cigarette kept me from saying and doing quite a few things that I would have been regretful about.

I'd guess you hold it in too much and it accumulates? I tend to do that. But I'm really really good at it.
Maybe it did and maybe it didn't. Could just be the addiction talking. Convincing you you couldn't have done it without it.
Also there is always nicotine patches and ***. And I think I saw something on TV that isn't nicotine but killes the cravings until you don't need it anymore. Can't remember what it was and taking much nicotine while on it I think was dangerous lol

Therapy is a waste of time. You have the power within yourself (inb4he-manreference) to overcome whatever 3-4 letter disorder the doctors make up for you. Just gotta look for all the positive in life, even when it seems darkest. Hell, if you want therapy, pay me a quarter of what you'd pay a shrink and I'll help you. Screw those overpaid 'professionals'.
lol you guys post so fast :O hehe I plan on keeping my curves.. I embrace the fact that im a woman and never want to be a "boyish looking " chick.. Thats why yoga fits into my routine and not weight lifting .. and for smoking .. I quit cold turkey @ started working out more then ever .. anytime I wanted a smoke Id drop and do 25 crunches lol <.< helped me over the urge
