I don't ride now my daily routine is currently every other day 5 mile hike, 20 pushups, 100 crunches on off days I double my crunches and do a yoga routine I am finding the 5 miles isnt enough anymore and want to challenge myself more :<

my upper body strength is *** .. which is why i am stuck on 20 pushups :< I am trying to build it ( I was at 5 LOL)

Ewwwwww. I more or less try to do what was required of me while I was in the navy... minus the timed 1.5 mile run lol.
So if I remember right 66 situps and 48 pushups in lol 2 min. Though I do it several times a day.
And by run I mean run not jog... I'm a sprinter so I go at a rather decent pace starting uphill at the start till I can't no more than walk then do it again etc lol. Good way to completely exhuast yourself and feel like you are going to throw up but meh it's my style

I personally never liked biking to get in shape... I've always done it just to get places faster... which granted used to be alot.
Idk I get bored easy. And it's so easy to sit back and sorta relax (at least your lungs) and still keep a good pace. So quick fast and hard for me. Though I suppose easier to keep music on you with a bike. Hmmmm think I want to go hike mount Ranier this weekend. Someone else needs a bit of walking too lol
Plus idk a part of me likes that feeling when you've run too hard that I can't get on a bike. Or more so when you've run so hard you are litterally passing out... I mean it sounds weird but it kinda felt awesome too.
