I always had a hard time doing that. Even though I would always be the most level headed... I was easily persuaded. Plus most my friends don't listen for ***when they are really drunk.
But yeah sometimes we don't pre-game if we plan on going to alot of places. Like for example it's traditional to take the new guy on the boat in guam bar/strip club/pool hall hopping. Because there are parts in downtown that you will litterally see more of those then you can count sober just standing in one spot... well more than you can count before you get bored and just go into one.
