What are some good pokemon in Platinum? I keep changing my mind about stuff, currently using Torterra, Gallade, Houndoom, and Drifblim. Was thinking about getting a Magnezone and Tentacruel for the last two spots but...Eh, I'm sure there's something better I can get.

Floatzel is actually pretty strong for a water-type (more physical than special, though), just has plastic defense. One of those few water-types that Waterfall would own on, like Gyarados. (Floatzel has a poor, poor moveset though) Most of the good water-types are post-National Dex, like Lapras. Tentacruel is garbage outside of its special defense.
And Magnezone rapes. Tri-Attack / Thunder / Flash Cannon / ??? (I usually have a weaker, more accurate electric move like Thunderbolt). I definitely recommend him.

Tentacruel is not garbage!
Nah, most poison pokemon are pretty bad but Tentacruel is good. Or was in Generation 3. Blizzard+Sludge Bomb+Surf makes it a very diverse pokemon with both lots of ways of dealing damage, and 7 resistances.
As far as Floatzel, I used it for a while and the only thing that I actually admired was the Speed, which admittedly was very high, but Speed doesn't mean much when all of your attacks are 40-Power Priority attacks.

Tentacruel's special attack is really low for a water-type, though. Defensively, it's pretty cool.
If you want a boss water-type, get Vaporeon. :o

You can get a free one from Bebe in Hearthome City. She's in the small house next to the Pokemart I believe. It's Lv20. You can catch them in the Trophy Garden behind the rich guy's house after the National Dex. Some special requirements are needed; Google that ***up. I'd just breed the free one.

Y'all *** slippin'! So check this out. I'm LV70, 9th prestige. Was messing with AK-47 a bit before hitting Prestige for the last time, and I'm also waiting for my brother-in-law (He hates when I call him that) to get MW2 for his Xbox360 so I can hit Prestige when he starts his first MW2 game.
Anyway, I was kicking *** with my AK-47 and then suddenly I knock my Xbox360 over and it went into lollawnmower mode and ate up my disc.
So now we get to go buy another MW2 or figure out how to get rid of laser burns...

Yeah. In Diamond/Pearl, you had to wait until the National Dex. In Platinum, they just let you get it instantly, but it's Lv20 instead of Lv5. This personally pissed me off since all the Eeveelutions learn their first element move at Lv15, forcing you to have Quick Attack and normal-type ***until like Lv36 or TMs.

I'd be happy with some new guns. Hell, this Resurgence Map Pack is hawt. My two favorite levels from MW1, and two more levels that are somehow even better.

I tried playing Halo 3 again today for the first time in 6 months since I broke my MW2 and didn't get my fill of owning people. Surprisingly enough, I didn't suck as bad as I thought I would. But then some *** did some glitch or something that got me kicked from the game so I quit.
I guess I didn't do that bad. Some guy kept walking into me and jumping off the edge and that counted as me getting a Betrayal for some reason, and he did it 3 times so it would let him kick me from the game. Why? I don't know. I was the only one on the team worth a damn in the first place.

i have the stimulus package...its fun but i never did like crash..cant stand that fn map...i like storm and the junkyard stage though..bailout is ok....overgrown fun at time..i just really wish i didnt have to pay for crash

Kungfu is the LS nutjob, spouting super random things that are usually sexist, until Savvy or Alyria comes into the room. Then he's a classic case of sexual harrassment. Rumaha is also true to the second part; we're wondering about his sexuality though.
Daj is Ludoggy's gay lover. Not much else is known about this Asuran. Tairo is kinda new, but since is a female and Alyria's lesbian lover, she fit right in real quick.
Celene(F) and Rowland(M) are more of the shyer members, but often say things that are witty, have a good pun and sometimes cause three page discussions. Celene hates when people hit on her. It doesn't stop them from trying.
Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
