To get to 75 you will not need even half of that (assuming you're referring to simple upgrades and ammunition expense.) Playing it at 75 will probably cost you more than that depending on how often you plan on using it.

Edit: Yes I also agree Ranger is a very cheap job. Well it was for me Lv.1->70(I got bored exping). It all depends if you wanna be lazy while leveling and use things like scorpion arrows Lv.60+ etc.

Ranged Accuracy rings are thankfully quite cheap; even at 75, 200k for a Behemoth Ring +1 isn't that bad when you think of how much accuracy it's giving you.
Infact, a lot of the AH RNG gear is fairly decently priced. The only real expensive items are the Peacock Charm (which can be BCNM'd and camped), EBow (ditto, minus the BCNM part) and Vulcan's Staff. The rest is straight forward enough.
Although Triumph Rings have really risen in price since FoV. >< I got the two of mine for less than the price of one of them nowadays.

I was naming things that you absolutely would not need on RNG that you would want on other jobs. Saves a lot of money for the lower levels, not needing as much ACC to make up for everything. That, and R.ACC is just a lot cheaper than ACC anyway.

I find it fairly useless for a RNG, barring like LV30-40 MAYBE, though those levels go by way too fast, and Ranger's Necklace tends to be better anyway. Ranger's Necklace->Jagd Gorget->Qiqirn Collar is what I did.

Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
