Would frequent grooming help this case? I know rodents in general aren't the most pleasant smelling. And I can only imagine how difficult it would be to personally groom something as spastic as a ferret lol.

nah you shouldnt wash it more more than once a month because then it would smell more because it has to make more oils to protect its fur. he doesnt smell bad himself i say its the litter he uses and his food
I thought so. Cats are the same way. They shouldn't be groomed outside of semi-frequent brushing depending on the thickness of their coat due to natural oils that help treat and maintain the quality of their fur.
