I also said I was a minor at the time too. Which most states have little additions to that allow even younger. In fact alot of states even go under there normal if your at least close to 18. Besides seriously there was no way youd think she was 12 if you just didnt know
Yeah, 16+ works. I'd say they're able to make informed and logical decisions at that age. (Not saying the 'would' though. >.>)

Of course. Women like to have there cake and eat it too. Its assumed that all guys always want sex no matter what from the day there balls drop till the day viagra doesnt work anymore no matter what state of mind there in. But for a girl to be able actually give consent she has to be verified in perfect mental condition(even if she herself is the cause of impairment), of a determined age to be able to make those decision, and practically has to sign forms in tripilicate... otherwise she clearly didnt want it and you forced yourself..../sigh stupid social prejudgices
