Because they arent needed. RDM is far more versatile every 8-10 minutes for healing the dd party and throwing enfeebs. Id rather have a rdm doing work than a whm sitting on there *** resting half the event.

Most situations we do we have one healer. So is a DD is QQ'ing i want a whm healer they get lol'd. If you aren't inthe tank party you don't need a whm, key word being need Ruma. And to be honest RDM's tend to make better use of their own MP than whmm's do and they have refresh. Which makes them optimal for healing DD's who aren't taking assl loads of damage.

Yeah and do alot less. If a whm/sch isn't resting in that same pt with the same amount of outside support the rdm will be refreshing alot more and have convert so can easily be nuking like a madman. And should.

Need and want are 2 different things. Most the time I do things with the bare minimum. Or with less than is supposedly possible. I often don't have room for a whm because the only jobs we can cut out or our blms for dmg. And there is no way in hell a whm is replacing the only rdm in a nin/drk tank pt lol. The only time whm really outperforms is when you need the extra barelement. Shellra V. R3. Or for really long fights with only 1 main healer the hate efficiency of Cure V
