Alternatively, you could do Royale Ramble, get a guaranteed ~350k, and be able to afford it either way.
That being said, I personally think Uggalepih Pendant is a more worthwhile investment, especially for SCH who can stay in less than 50% MP a lot easier than BLM, due to Parsimony and Sublimation.
That being said, Elemental Magic skill doesn't improve damage AT ALL, so it's only useful if you're nuking on high-resist NMs. But that's not to say it's worthless.

Generally speaking high resist nms wouldn't you pretty much need just about all out skill/macc set? Unless you completely rely on klimaform your gunna be lacking a bit of macc without doing that.

Spend the other 30 seconds when it's down resetting buffs etc, and Klimaform can be a pretty much fulltime thing. It adds about 30 M.ACC from what I've seen, give or take. If you gave that to all your mages everytime it was up, they'd be some happy BLMs >.>

Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
