I was feeling like ***last friday, so I've been inadvertently kind of working on my shitty diet. I gave up on soda 4-5 months ago, now the mission is to eliminate fast food. I'm good at dinner, but lunch time is so easy to eat like an Iowan. I'm always rushed. since monday it's been nothing but a banana (misa) or peanut butter toast for lunch. I've been feeling pretty good. My little bit of fat that I keep in case I get lost in the forest or stuck on a deserted island may be in danger, but I think I could get it back in no time if I was headed out for a trip or something.

getting old is so *** stupid.

Pennsylvania isn't necessarily fried food and ranch territory per se, but we will put French fries on anything and everything and call it an improvement (it mostly is).

I've had Taco Bell twice in the past six weeks or so because I was on the go and in a hurry, and soft tacos are easy to eat while driving. Other than that I've had no fast food in a very, very long time.

That said I might stop by Five Guys for a burger for lunch today because I've got to go home and meet an electrician as I continue to adventure of unfucking everything my seller did wrong.

Mos, protip on lunch.

build a lunch route:

in a close proximity, go check out the loal non-fast-food places, like delis, and all that you would want to eat. delis themselves have different stiles on their sandwiches, like some will *** stuf their sandwiches with meat, others will have more healthy varied options, while others serve better hot sandwiches, or other offer soups.
ask for a "To Go" Menu, so you can order on the phone, since some places do take their time on serving order, and one simply cant wait.

once you have these, in the morning just go "***day so *** all, im in a mood for lobster salad from JoJo's"
5-10 mins before your lunch, order it, go pick it up, and either eat there or eat in your car / park / office.

-stay away from the ***tiered locals, big brand names, or over expensive ***.

I was typing up similar advice, but I figured based on location or time constraints that wasn't an option.

and if you become to frequent a place up, notice the same faces in the people working there, a bit of small talk goes a long way.
could really net up nice perks in the place like

-faster service
-bit extra servings on your dish
-more attention of detail on your dish.
-minor discounts if lucky.

Reasons I still go to the same coffee shop. Half those baristas are like family at this point.

I blame Dad's trucker mentality. Being a regular someplace is just too good. Especially when you can pick on the staff.

There may be a hidden shop inside that hay bale.

For all we know the hay bale is a barista.

Only one way to find out.

Go ask it for a medium latte and see if it gets pissy that you didn't pretentiously order a grande.

But that involves talking to people outside of what is completely necessary to complete the business transaction. I'm not 100% sure, but I do believe that is a misdemeanor in the northeast.

Well it looks like you need to find a new topic Z. the gonorrhea bit went over like a lead balloon.

I've got nothing. That WWI shooter I bought mostly sucks, but I think I'm going to keep playing it anyway. Maybe the 'battlefield' version will be better.

I am to displease!

European Neolithic societies showed early warning signals of population collapse?

I really need to make a thread for social sciences and anthropology. That requires babysitting on here. Boo!

Don't blame me. I told Aaron last night to let me know and he was like "I don't think I want to do it tonight."

I did get to level 102 so that was nice.
