Spent Saturday entertaining the parents and their puppy, who came down and we had a nice bbq on the patio and the puppy got to run off the leash in a fenced in yard, which she doesn't have at their place.
That was nice. Sunday was a bit of a mixed bag as the wife and I did some housework which was boring and time-consuming, but necessary. Then we went out for an amazing dinner at our favorite burger-and-whiskey place and went for a nice after-dinner stroll once we got home... ...except somewhere on the stroll the wife had an allergic reaction to some flora or other substance we encountered on the walk, because she spent the next few hours itchy and broken out in hives. So that was a crappy end to an otherwise nice weekend, but nothing compared to the shittery of Nik's weekend.

Weekend is over. We now have our first owned car in Denmark. And, something I never thought I would ever say, today that car was de-tittified. So, now to enjoy it before it breaks down in a month!
