Eh, for some strange reason once you hit nutritional ketosis many people report that moods lift, energy levels boost, and hunger abates due to how fat is broken down.
But really, I digress. Been doing it for three years, it helped me with hunger, anxiety, depression, energy levels, weight loss, etc.
It's always worth looking into :)

we missed your company in the dark zone last night misa. It was pretty hairy with just changa and I. we kept getting surrounded n' ***.
I knew that goddamned trap door contractor wasn't to be trusted. too many piercings.

rat *** actually triggered all 4 of the glue traps.
a few days ago, he ate the bait out the smaller one, left tracks and some fur in it.
this is when i got the bigger stronger glue ones, and traps where set at 4 total.
bigger ones had bait.
one on top of a shelve, relocated the small one besides the other big one along the wall.
this morning, one on the shelve was missing, found it under the desk, filled with dirt and fur all over.
other big trap, had the body of the rat ***, while the smaller trap that was set besides it, had its face and was wearing it as a hat.
really glad the bigger traps had some sort of adhesive jelly on the bottom, which only one worked. lol
I got home a bit late, time i logged in, everyone had logged off.
managed to squeeze 26 and finished all quests on the left side of the DZ.
think i have 2 tech main quests left, and one guard one. along the right

nice. there's a weird mission with no ties to the three wings at the UN, we knocked that out then fooled around in the dark zone the rest of the night. I think level cap is like 50 in there.
