No, the last house went *** up. Moving on another one now, just had it inspected, awaiting response from the seller on repair demands. My agent has worked with the selling agent in this one before and she expects things to go far less screwy.
Location-wise it isn't as ideal for work, but otherwise it's superior in many ways. Access to better shopping areas and better access to the highway, too. Also not technically within any city limits despite being nearby, so state police coverage instead of local yokels whilst keeping local fire coverage close/etc. You hope to never need those things, but it's good to have.
Still would have been happy with the original choice, but I've really warmed to the Plan B.

Not that quizzes mean much, but sometimes rescue organizations and shelters have those linked.
Yeah, I've taken a few of those quizzes with varying results. They tend to give very different answers sometimes depending on the exact wording of their questions. A lot of them also fail to address the need for a hypoallergenic dog. Minimizing the sinus irritation to my better half is key. :x
If/when it comes to a rescue dog it will largely depend upon the specific circumstances of the ol' guy/gal.

Ran a bit with with Aaron's campaign last night, got to town before he called it.
Not the best combo but, he went rogue, while I went the caster rogue.
Seems he always was hurt... lol while I just kept his up by drain touch and standing on blood. I wanna try this class for the solo run . Lol
