no I mean literally... I have already moved on thanksgiving...
last weekend I made cranberry sauce with fresh cranberries and orange zest and the whole nine yards.... roast turkey pieces with root vegetables and everything
rutabagas and turnips...purple carrots and one other thing I can't remember
I cut them too small and they got overcooked waiting for the damn turkey to cook through...
but my kids are 20 and 16 and don't trick or treat as buzz lightyear and woody anymore...that they tell me about....

looks to be more wood splitting for me. this time will be fueled by booze once again though, so it'll be mostly fun. I think sunday might be a good day for chili.
I was too busy with work nonsense lately, but I think it's been subdued now & I'm settling in for an afternoon of screwing around.
I've run around like a chimp & collected all the celestial weapons on ffx, now I'm gonna buff up & make some legit armor. so lots of monster arena stuffs. It's been fun.

Well today was dress up day at work so I went with the ole' Scottish attire with claymore. After the dust settles here, I'll stick around and start the ball rolling on some software upgrades and some general server ***. Then tonight, Misao, myself, et al will partake in some drunken Heroes of the Storm. May stream it for those who are so inclined as to watch.
Then tomorrow, I'll be back here to check on how the upgrade is going as it's going to take many hours to finish all the data updates, and in between checking on that and what not I have leaves and pine needles which are in dire need of being whisked away from the grass. Saturday evening is the celebration of my friend's roommates last day being a roommate (poor *** knocked up his girlfriend) so there shall be more boozing to attend to.
Sunday is finish the raking, then take a break from drinking things which my body considers a toxin and call it a moderately successful weekend.

Had to go near south of town today~ had a ton of flooding/rain etc nearby with constant tornado alerts. Was at a convention for IT folks from school districts. Even did a presentation =S

I had a lovely time splitting wood, drinking heavily, & listening to that crazy swiss polka music. I bet I annoyed the neighbors pretty well. They're calling for uber weather again next weekend, so if my last two stupid cottonwoods would give up their pointless struggle and drop their leaves, I could get all that ***cleaned up before the snow flies and be waaaaaaay ahead of the game. I got stuck running around with the children folk in the night, but trick or treated up some whiskey, so that wasn't all bad in the end. sunday I lofted about lazily playing ffx and watching the devil fooseballs.

I found and bought that Lee-Enfield I've been searching for. Got 180 rounds for $50 too, mostly FMJ which I can't hunt with but a couple of boxes of PPU soft point that I can.
