It's not any different than any other setting. And no, he can't report it directly, because the post isn't there to report, which probably means sending a mod a PM. 1.) They can't take a hint, even a forced one. 2.) They have poor self-restraint. 3.) You have to wonder why they're obsessing over a particular user anyway to the extent that they just have to see. Why are people over-complicating this?
