I think your goofy theories only hold water when said person doesn't like who they are in RL. but I could be wrong, naturally. One of the main problems is that people come here and want their opinion to be praised or want to be coddled because their day or life didn't go so well. Have you ever walked into a group of strangers or even acquaintances and started sobbing about your problems like everyone was just going to pat you on the back and tell you its ok slugger! It wouldn't happen. Some might and others might just tell you to sack up or whatever you might consider to be rude. Others might ignore you or laugh at you... it's not just an internet thing. The anonymity aspect seems to be more for keeping certain tastes at arms length. *** have been around forever and will always be there so Idk why anyone would think it's exclusive to the net. I'd only assume they don't have much interaction with people outside the net like the ones they do have with people on the net. Caitsith.Zahrah said: » That's so frightening! I had a second cousin that was following my sister around. lucky i am not affected directly...much.
-elaborates- <not actual picture> ![]() project got released for production on the 1st week of august. production started mid September. 3 school signs similar to the picture one, but a bit more complex and bigger; with fancy pop out 3d letters and the light up display boxed up. -due to shop manager's tight schedule and bitchiness, the shop would do 2 out of the 3 school signs <1 sign, 3 different schools>. these 2 signs are built for the most part, minus paint, assembly, and the light-up display has yet to arrive. Another department is doing the 3rd sign. stopped by there earlier to check on some materials, and go asked for some assistance on the 3rd sign, compare notes, check files, etc. everything seemed fine on his sign, told the guy to open one of my files so he could see how we build ours..... While comparing files, my display was wrong. we figured we where working on the wrong sizes for the light up-box, according to a spec sheet he had. we talk to the shop manager, he had an older spec sheet, different sizes. we go talk to the Purchase Manager and Designer. Designer worked off an older spec sheet, while Purchase had different sizes/models on purchase orders.... we go see the vendor/owner. flips his ***, will call the display's company saying WTF. :| 2 week's worth of mats and labor.... also: Displays have yet to arrive and wont be here anytime soon cause they have yet to be paid in full. So bloodborne is basically just another in the line of the dark souls series...
The only real noticable differences are that your main weapon has two diffrent modes and it's just in a completely different environment. Oh and instead of a bow you can either off hand a shotgun or a pistol. I played for about 90 minutes or so trying out the four different types of weapons/combos and only made it up to the first boss. One of the main draw backs was the lack of a block feature or maybe it was that a shield just wasn't available for offhand use yet idk... I'd say the difficulty level so far is a touch abouve dark souls though but we shall see how that levels out. I will probably play it a bit more on the other two days for alpha testing. uh oh.
you mentioned it, you summoned, you deal with that. <waits for it> This is kind of off topic, but these blurbs today make me think of a kid in my neighborhood while growing up.
Anyway, behind our subdivision there was a wooded area with a creek with a horse pasture on the other side. (After I saw 'It', I didn't go down there when the creek flooded each spring. LOL!) The kids would go mill around in those woods, build forts, fish, etc. and, in retrospect, there was probably some teen-aged boning going on down there. (First time I've ever seen a condom. "DON'T TOUCH THAT!") This boy was in my grade, and he had friends and what not, but he was really sadistic. Someone left humane traps in the woods one summer. A group of boys were huddled around one of the occupied cages with a squirrel in it, so we mosey on up to see what the hub-bub was about. We were all chatting about what to do with the squirrel, and the consensus among the group was that we should let it go. Why would anyone be after a damn squirrel anyway? When one of the boys started crouching over the cage, the sadistic boy pulled out his pocket knife and just started stabbing it repeatedly through the slots in the cage. The second weird instance with "Dahmer Junior" was when all of us were goofing off in the alley and watching the boys jump bike ramps. Dahmer Junior's sister (who was two years younger than me) found some newly-hatched turtles. She was so happy! New pets! When she went inside to use one of the neighbors' restrooms, he rounded up all the turtles, and before anyone could object, started running over them with his bike. We were a bunch of shrieking girls and cringing boys, ages ranging from eight to twelve. I still wonder if I'm going to flip on the news and see that kid hauled in for being a notorious serial killer. im not moaning, you arent that special!

Caitsith.Zahrah said: » That's even scarier. Did you and Mil meet in college or HS? I just was wondering what he said about the debacle if you two were together back then. That's so frightening! I asked him when I got home: Mil's response "what do you mean? He was an ***" Mostly I remember being annoyed, not scarred. Just one more thing to look out for and deal with. /seventeen Thinking back on it I realized I never had a parent/guardian with me when speaking with the police. Which I find super odd now. My grandmother took the car license plate number and found his name, address, and telephone number. Called the number and spoke with his mother. Drama ensued. But between the police and my grandmother he didn't masterbate around me anymore. Which was excellent. From my experience and talking with friends/family members most (to take Nik's term) creeps don't like being confronted. Not always the case though. Oh okay. I misunderstood then.
At least he was out of the picture for the most part. Still bizarre with him living in the same complex. Life is so weird. Bahamut.Kara said: » creeps don't like being confronted. Not always the case though. they don't like reality cutting in on the fantasy they are building up in their minds. sometimes confrontation snaps them out of it and they move on to someone else.... you're very lucky you didn't end up like that real estate agent in arkansas. if you notice anything weird don't hesitate to tell mil. Earn a total of 25 points. This can be done across multiple Crucible games. |
