Sounds like someone's got a tiny case of insulin issues -- are you trying a low fat diet of some sorts? Those aren't pretty good at cutting weight due to insulin responses *** with humans.
Not really, I just try to get low fat beef, and cut out things that I know are insanely greasy, as it does some horrible things to my stomach.

Honestly the last bit of weight I gained was from going out to eat too much with people from work, steak+fries or burger and fries for lunch daily will kind of put on the lbs.
edit: tl;dr I didn't cut back on the fat to lose weight.
Ah, well, if you ever do want to lose weight, look up low carb high fat diets. I can vouch for keto; fat keeps you fuller, carbs make you hungrier, and lots of leafy greens make you feel awesome.
And, you know, like a shitton of water's cool too.
