They end up knowing it too. /highfive MAN! That reminds me that Kara should be closing in on the magic day!!! EXCITING! :D 6~ weeks to go. My belly....I don't like floor to ceiling mirrors anymore. And she is supposed to double in size between now and then o.O Should be interesting. Goal is all natural, we'll see how long that lasts :) You are a brave soul! Your poor hips and back. Agony! At least you'll be greeting him/her soon! EDIT: Probably the closest feeling to a dog with hip displacia we'll ever know. Caitsith.Zahrah said: » You are a brave soul! Your poor hips and back. Agony! I'm looking forward to the after labor part a lot (and being able to tie my boots again with less effort....I swear it's the little things that can get annoying quickly). Should be a lot of fun ;p Bismarck.Zenim said: » oh yeah the first couple years are just...heaven! you've got little canucks josi? Bahamut.Kara said: » Caitsith.Zahrah said: » You are a brave soul! Should be a lot of fun ;p I never thought about that. My body pillow was my saving grace! Waking up every morning feeling like this... ...was annoying. Popping and crunching audibly wasn't fun. Mil can roll a tennis ball on your back. That was unbelievably divine! LOL! Learning your new physical limitations is agitating! You think you can still slink between things, but nope! I barely grazed the edge of the kitchen counter and a small scratch was left on my stomach around the same time, my OB freaked out a little. Caitsith.Zahrah said: » I never thought about that. I used to be able to lay down on the floor and use it, now it's standing against the wall or Mil helping me. But yes, divine! Getting out of bed, who knew it could be so complicated? Yes, limitations. No more bike riding for me (fell getting off yesterday, which was a little scary). No injuries though, besides serious embarrassment! I have some friends who were able to keep cycling until labor, but I'm not coordinated enough it seems. =/ Bismarck.Zenim said: » This is clearly your first : p oh yeah the first couple years are just...heaven! If we can go back to mocking my gender for a moment...
The territorial stuff really chaps my ***. I'm talking professionally in this instance, but on a tiny detail... that amounts to nothing, & getting all righteous over company property that dude deemed "his". it's like we're chimps with baseball caps. aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! I'm going to freak out & choke this guy. Bahamut.Kara said: » Oh yes, I love my tennis ball!! Glad that you came out of it fine. Grace and balance are right out the window. EDIT: I think two is a good number too. Siren.Mosin said: » If we can go back to mocking my gender for a moment... Caitsith.Zahrah said: » Wait...What?!? basically we're separated into different divisions, he bought a bunch of crap 2 years ago, it was a mistake, didn't install it, & so I was going to install it into a different division's building in our same company, & this slapnut is coming unglued because I'm "using his stuff" *** we were getting so much use out of it collecting dust! I should prolly stfu though. Bismarck.Josiahkf said: » Caitsith.Zahrah said: » EDIT: I think two is a good number too. Never in remotely the same stage developmentally and much more lonely, one is 5 one is 10, one is 10 one is 15 etc Our plan is back to back births (as close as possible) but that really depends on how labor and recovery goes. Plans have to be flexible. Bismarck.Josiahkf said: » Caitsith.Zahrah said: » EDIT: I think two is a good number too. Never in remotely the same stage developmentally and much more lonely, one is 5 one is 10, one is 10 one is 15 etc My sister and I are 5 years apart and since she was born she's always been pretty quiet. People used to worry she was dead or something half the time, babies who don't cry and what not. I'm just thrilled she wasn't a sociopath. As she's gotten older she's been become a bit of a deadpan snarker but the only time we didn't really acknowledge eachother was during my teenager years where I had some issues. We're still close and though she's not as animated as I am, I've always been the unfortunate older brother who had no idea how to be an older brother. My parents lament not having two more but I tell them hey, you're only late 50s, go adopt or something. (he since learned to voice his opinion -.-) Lakshmi.Sparthosx said: » you're only late 50s, go adopt or something. a dog maybe!
