All you need to do is enter your name and server, get on Lodestone, sign in, add your code to you profile and wait a few. You're character will be verified then you can link it. It'll pull info from Lodestone from then on and you can remove your code from Lodestone.
Blurgh! I might fiddle around with that this weekend. Or not.
