Sunlight is actually a good source of vitamin D... it's just over exposure that leads to stuff like that... The tanning booths are terrible for it though... they say the younger you start the worse it is too... funny to think that doctors used to prescibe time in sun tanning booths to combat depression lol...

my grandpa on my dad's side was in most (major) engagements in the pacific, he was the same way, hell i didn't even know he was in WWII until he layed it all on me one night driving down the interstate. even thinking about it still sends chills down my spine.
