Did go to see the Landlady yesterday though. We have three options:
1. Buy the house from her, payments will go from $550 a month to $800+ a month.
2. We can move out and they can rent the house to someone else, and when we're ready we can buy the house from them and move back in eventually.
3. She'll just sell the house and we'll look elsewhere, helping her out with cleaning/yardwork until the house sells.
1 is a no, can't afford that, seeing as how I want to go back to school as well. 2 we were thinking about it, but we're essentially putting their money and lives on the line so we possibly have a house in the future. Also, the house has many problems now as it is, not sure if we want to buy it and realize it's more trouble than it's worth.
So we're thinking 3. I think she wants to put the house up by October, so that gives us plenty of time.
Also, while we were over her house her fiance was calling the cops on the neighbors across the street because they seemed like they just sold drugs. Interesting.

Lol, yeah, boyfriend originally moved in because they really needed someone to help out with the rent, even if it was just a little bit.
Apartments and housing is very cheap here, it's everything else that comes with it that's costly. Every home has to have indoor A/C. EVERY. HOME.
But yeah, I would just feel horrible for them to "hold" the house until we're ready.. and that could take quite a few years. Better off moving into an apartment and them putting the house up so they can make money off it.
Also: Tornadoes. Gotta have max insurance on that ***. That and making sure houses are kept up and lawns are taken care of. There's a law against any grass growing over I think it's 5-6 inches here.
That and the bugs.. oh god the bugs...

The sad thing about the house we're living in is that the foundation seems to have shifted, so most of the doors don't close right or have trouble closing them at all.

Is your foundation pier and beam or slab? How long have the doors been off-kilter? If it's pier and beam there are regulations that you have to have the foundation jacked every few years, depending on the soil's consistency, or it will cause major structural problems that could be a liability. I'm not sure, but you might be able to walk on your lease if the landlord has been neglecting the house over the years.
Not sure what structural regulations Oklahoma has though.
EDIT: If slab, are there any cracks in the foundation that lead up the masonry?

I'd already be very weary of her landlady screwing her over, and being upside-down on payments if there are already foundation problems. :/

you know that game can be a ball, but it can be seriously frustrating when you're getting your *** handed to ya. I shoulda checked in to see who was on, but I was pretty pissed off at video games after lossing all that stupid minecraft work.

Understandable. I think I'm going to mess around with Janna at some point. With Nami, I start getting frustrated and mashing the "w". "HEAL, DAMN IT!" At least with Janna I'll be able to panic ult and we can double back when team fights get out of hand.
