Whatever happens after the initial FPs is only made an addenda if revisions are requested after there has been a kink discovered by SEs and/or MECHEs. My end is just drafting. Whatever happens later is something that was overlooked by something else down the line or a client being an absolute tard after the fact. I'm mostly just given client requests and surveying specs.

DD Progress set, labels all doors in a 180 unit rehab project for all interior doors to be wood prehung doors. You know, normal interior unit doors.
Permit set, changes them all to Metal Frame Adjust-a-fit doors. Screws up everything and is going to blow the budget up the GC gave to Owner already....BLAH!
You're still the only cool one of them in your field...

This seems commercial. It's a commercial project, right? Why did they request metal frame for the interior? Is the entire project steel framed? I don't understand why it would be necessary for INT. caps unless it's by (durrr-hurr) client request.
183 residential units. Its full blown stupid. This is just my latest angry at this guy. It's a rehab project. So on the Door Schedule, lists the entry doors and frames as ETR. So ok, kool, on the replacement matrix however, it says replace all unit entrance doors. I will let him slide on the hardware mistake, of if you keep the existing metal frame that is fit for mortise keeper, you can't use a cylindrical lockset and deadbolt like he wants on his door schedule. Not everyone knows that, so that I forgive.

I think the weirdest randy rabbit story that has come from Loki is when I was lounging on the couch sometime last year playing LoL. (I want to say I was with Lolserj and maybe Serj. Not positive. /shrug) Well, anyhow the rabbit starts doing his business with the cat, so after a few minutes I swiftly shove the cat off the couch. It spooks the rabbit. Then, the rabbit does a hop-flop ninja move and kicks semen on my hands and keyboard.
You know, I don't know what's worse...The realization that there might be BF semen on your keyboard, or that there is bunny semen on it.
